Controlled Sampling for Corrosive Process Media
UNP’s Lined Sampling Valve enables safe, controlled extraction of corrosive media from live pipelines for QC, R&D, and production-line analysis. A spring-loaded handle and PTFE chevron packing keep operators safe while preserving sample integrity.
Two body configurations cover almost every installation requirement: Flanged Ends for inline insertion between standard flange joints, and Sandwich Wafer for thin-line installation between existing flange pairs without extending pipe length.
Both variants share the same wetted-part materials — PTFE chevron packing, PTFE socket, PTFE spindle, and PFA-lined investment-cast body — ensuring identical media compatibility across configurations.

Flanged Ends
Inline-flanged body inserted between two pipe flanges. Robust, vibration-resistant mounting for permanent installations.

Sandwich Wafer
Compact wafer body sandwiched between existing flanges. Adds minimal length, ideal for retrofitting sampling capability.

- Best for: retrofitting existing lines
