Our complete Quality Assurance & Control procedure for Lined Ball, Plug, and Butterfly Valves — from raw material verification through hydrostatic and spark testing, dimension control, and final painting inspection. All UNP valves are 100% tested before dispatch with full traceability via Final Inspection Reports and Material Test Certificates.

  • We provide our Final Inspection Report & MTC or COC to Customers.
  • Based on Inspection Report we allow our customer to check the following:
  1. Physical Verification of Valves & Quantity Check
  2. Witnessing a leakage Test (Hydro Test) as per our Standard Test Procedure & pressure rating confirmed per QAP Scope
  3. Dimension Check of final assembly of Valve as per our standard or as-built drawings
