UNP’s Actuated Thermoplastic Valves combine our proven solid-plastic valve bodies — moulded from PP, PPH, PVDF, or ISO.PP — with factory-fitted pneumatic or electric actuators. The result: a lightweight, corrosion-free, automation-ready valve at a fraction of the cost of lined-metal control valves.
Ideal for plants that need automated on/off or modulating control of mildly corrosive media — water treatment, chemical dosing, plating, effluent management, and similar process applications where lined-metal control valves are overkill.
Each valve ships with ISO mounting pads for easy integration with positioners, solenoids, limit switches, and digital feedback devices. Spring-return fail-safe and double-acting configurations available.
