UNP’s lined pipe & fittings range completes the corrosion-resistant pipeline picture. From straight pipe to every standard fitting profile — elbow, tee, cross, reducer, flange, Y-strainer — every component shares the same lining material, body casting standards, and quality protocols as our lined valves.
That means a single-source, system-compatible solution: matched bore diameters, compatible flange dimensions, and identical lining behavior across temperature and pressure cycles.
Linings are injection-molded with dove-tail anchoring for pressure and vacuum-rated service. Bodies are investment cast for even lining thickness, and every fitting is hydro and pneumatic tested to BS EN 12266-1 before dispatch.
