Actuated Diaphragm Valves for Pharma, Semicon, and Sterile Process

UNP’s Control Lined Diaphragm Valve provides bubble-tight automated isolation in sterile and ultra-pure service lines. The diaphragm fully separates the wetted media from the actuator and stem — no stem packing, no leak path to atmosphere, and no contamination risk to the process.

Pneumatic or electric linear actuators (ISO 5210 standard) are factory-fitted to the bonnet. The actuator compresses the diaphragm against the weir seat to shut off flow, then retracts to allow full-bore flow when open. Pneumatic spring-return options provide fail-safe close on air loss.

Diaphragm options include standard TFM+EPDM (double layer) and PTFE+PVDF+EPDM (triple layer) for permeation-resistant chlorine service.
