The Workhorse Isolation Valve for Corrosive Pipelines
UNP’s Lined Ball Valve is engineered for tight quarter-turn isolation in highly corrosive media. Available in both Reduced Port (floating ball design) and Full Port (ball & stem integral design) configurations, it covers the broadest spectrum of process applications.
The dove-tail-anchored fluoropolymer lining makes every valve suitable for both pressure and vacuum applications. Chevron (sintered) packings deliver zero stem-emission leakage, and an ISO mounting pad as standard means actuator integration is straightforward when automation is required later.
Every valve is 100% hydro and pneumatic tested with optional helium leak testing on request, and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and CE under PED 1128.
