Single-Piece Flanged Reducers
UNP’s Lined Reducing Flange combines a flange and an inline reducer into a single PFA-lined casting. Use it where you need to change pipe diameter at a flange joint without installing a separate flanged spool + concentric reducer + second flange.
One-piece construction eliminates one bolted joint compared to the conventional spool + reducer arrangement — meaning fewer gasket interfaces, less weight, and faster installation. Particularly useful where space is tight (skid-mounted equipment, instrument racks, retrofit installations).
Body material and lining options match standard UNP lined-pipe range, so the reducing flange integrates seamlessly into existing lined pipelines.
