OVERVIEW

Solid Thermoplastic Pipe — Foundation of Your Corrosion-Free Pipeline

UNP’s Thermoplastic Pipes form the backbone of any solid-plastic pipeline system. Available in PP, PPH, PVDF, and ISO.PP across DN 15 to DN 300 (1/2″ to 12″), with PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16 wall thickness options to match your design pressure.

Supplied with plain ends for butt-weld fusion, or socket ends for socket-weld assembly with our matching couplings and fittings. Standard lengths are 3m and 6m, with custom lengths available on request. Bevelled ends and chamfered IDs come standard for clean welds.

All pipe is extruded in-house and hydrostatically tested per DIN 8077/8078. Material certificates and dimensional inspection reports supplied with every shipment.

Why Choose This Fitting

  • DN 15 through DN 300 (1/2" through 12")
  • PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16 wall options
  • Plain ends or socket ends
  • 3m / 6m standard lengths (custom available)
  • PP / PPH / PVDF / ISO.PP materials

Materials of Construction

MaterialDescription
PP (Polypropylene)General-purpose, low-cost option for mildly corrosive media at moderate temperatures.
PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer)Higher mechanical strength than PP — better for pressure service.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)Superior abrasion resistance and high mechanical strength.
ISO.PP (Isotactic Polypropylene)Improved temperature and chemical resistance vs standard PP.

Connection Types Available

ConnectionDescription
Socket WeldHeat-fused socket joints for permanent, leak-tight assemblies.
Butt WeldEnd-to-end heated fusion for in-line pipe sections.
ThreadedRemovable threaded fittings for serviceable connections.
FlangedBolted flange joints for easy disassembly and inspection.
