Reliable Non-Return Protection for Lined Pipelines
UNP’s Lined Ball Check Valve provides automatic non-return flow control in highly corrosive media. Its self-operating ball design seats firmly under back-pressure, preventing reverse flow without external actuation.
Available in PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, and PPH linings over investment-cast WCB, CF8, CF8M, Hastelloy C 276, and Inconel bodies — making it suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, and process applications.
All valves are 100% hydro and pneumatic tested with optional helium leak and spark testing per BS EN 12266-1.
