Four-Way Junction Fittings for Corrosive Pipelines
UNP’s Lined Equal Cross joins four equal-diameter pipe runs at a single point — ideal for distribution headers, branch manifolds, and process loops where flow must split symmetrically in four directions.
Investment-cast bodies (ASTM A 234 GR. WPB or A 403 GR. WP 316) are lined with PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE, or PPH. Uniform lining thickness through all four legs is achieved by injection-molding around a single mandrel, ensuring no thin spots at the leg-junction.
All four flange dimensions, bolt circles, and lining thicknesses match standard Lined Pipe & Lined Elbow specifications, so the cross drops directly into existing lined pipework without adapter flanges.
