Flanged-End Sampling Valve Configuration
The Flanged Ends sampling valve is installed inline between two pipe flanges, providing a permanent and vibration-resistant mounting position. The companion flange and lock plate ensure secure placement during repeated operation cycles.
This configuration is the preferred choice for new pipeline construction where pipe length can accommodate the 200mm face-to-face dimension, and where long-term, frequent sampling operations require maximum mechanical stability.
The wetted parts — PTFE chevron packing, PTFE socket, PTFE spindle, and PFA-lined investment-cast WCB body — deliver full corrosion resistance across the same media compatibility as the Sandwich Wafer variant.
