90° Lined Elbow Configuration
The 90° Lined Elbow provides a right-angle directional change in lined corrosive-service pipelines. The sharp turn keeps pipework compact and is the workhorse fitting in process plant racks, chemical dosing skids, and effluent piping.
Bodies are investment cast (ASTM A 234 GR. WPB or A 403 GR. WP 316) with smooth interior contour for uniform lining thickness. The PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE, or PPH lining is applied throughout the bend so there are no exposed metal surfaces in the wetted path.
The F dimension (face-to-centre) ranges from 65mm at 1/2″ up to 457mm at 20″ — substantially larger than the 45° variant. Use the 45° elbow if you need a gentler offset.
