Sandwich Wafer Sampling Valve Configuration
The Sandwich Wafer sampling valve is designed for installation between existing flange pairs, requiring only the addition of slightly longer through-bolts. With a face-to-face of just 60mm, it adds almost no length to the pipeline.
This configuration is the preferred choice for retrofitting sampling capability into existing lines — particularly in plants where pipe re-routing is impractical or where space constraints prevent the longer flanged-end body.
Wetted parts are identical to the Flanged variant — PTFE chevron packing, PTFE socket, PTFE spindle, and PFA-lined investment-cast WCB body — ensuring the same media compatibility and operator safety.
