UNP Polyvalves manufactures a complete range of fluoropolymer-lined valves designed for highly corrosive media including acids, alkalis, chlorinated compounds, and ultra-pure pharmaceutical fluids.
Our lining is anchored with a dove-tail groove, making every valve suitable for both pressure and vacuum applications. Every body component is investment cast for even lining thickness — even at intricate contours — and the lining itself is applied by latest injection-molding process, not transfer molding, for superior compactness and reliability.
Lining materials are sourced directly from Dyneon, Chemours, Solvay, and LyondellBasell to guarantee virgin, high-purity grade across every product in this category.
