Wafer-Style Control Valves for High-Volume Corrosive Service

UNP’s Control Lined Butterfly Valve pairs our wafer- or full-lug-style PFA-lined butterfly valve body with a factory-fitted pneumatic or electric quarter-turn actuator. The compact disc design adds almost no length to the pipe run, making it the preferred control valve for large-bore lines (4″+) where weight and footprint matter.

For modulating duty, the disc has approximately equal-percentage flow characteristics through most of its travel, with very low actuator torque. Pair with a smart positioner for tight throttle control of corrosive media at high flow rates.

API 609 Category A standard with Class VI shut-off (API 598). Disc lining in PFA, FEP, PVDF, or ETFE matches the seat material.
