Quarter-Turn Control Ball Valves for Corrosive Process Loops

UNP’s Control Lined Ball Valve combines our proven lined ball valve body with a factory-fitted pneumatic or electric actuator. Both Reduced Port and Full Port designs are available, and the ISO 5211 mounting pad accommodates virtually any aftermarket actuator if you want to specify your own.

For on/off automated isolation duty, the quarter-turn ball valve is the fastest and lowest-torque option. For modulating throttle control, pair it with a smart positioner (HART or Profibus) on the pneumatic actuator. V-port balls are available for improved low-flow control characteristics.

The full-port floating ball gives full unobstructed bore for non-fouling flow paths. Reduced port (with stem-integral ball) is more compact and suited to smaller actuator sizes.
